Robert Earl Tinsley, Jr., 50, of Scottsburg, Indiana passed away on Monday, June 19, 2023 at his residence with his wife by his side. He was born on July 10, 1972 in Bowling Green, Kentucky. He was a member of Underwood Baptist Church in Underwood, Indiana. On September 17, 2000 he married Laurie (Young) Tinsley, who survives. Robert enjoyed fishing, hunting for deer and spending time with his grandchildren, family and friends. He was very proud to have been a volunteer firefighter in Wingfield, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mary Lois Mann and Bobby Mann. Survivors include his loving wife of 22 years, Laurie Tinsley, two daughters, Laura Beth Harris of Bowling Green, Kentucky and Ashley Crouch; three sons, Kevin Crouch, Jordan Tinsley, Josh Tinsley; he is also survived by seven siblings and four grandbabies, Ava, Stella, Azara and Wesley. Funeral Service 2:00 pm Friday, June 23, 2023 at Underwood Baptist Church in Underwood, Indiana with Pastor David Schill and Roger Pedigo officiating. Visitation: 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm Friday at Underwood Baptist Church. Interment at Emmanuel Baptist Cemetery in Lexington, Indiana.
