Ronald "Ron" Lee Robinson, 74, of Scottsburg, passed away on May 11, 2026, at Baptist Floyd Hospital in New Albany, Indiana. Ron was born on January 29, 1952, in Vienna, to Leslie and Ruth Robinson. He retired after many years of dedicated service with the Walmart Distribution Center. Ron cherished spending time with his family and enjoyed many hobbies throughout his life. He loved golfing, mowing the yard, playing softball, and especially riding motorcycles. Ron will be remembered for his hardworking nature, his love for the outdoors, and the special moments he shared with family and friends. In addition to his parents Ron was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Robinson; sisters, Barbara Howard and Cathy Cass. He is survived by his sons; Shannon Robinson(Shanda), Michael "Chad" Robinson, Brandon Scott Robinson; siblings, Judy Zollman, Lana Barger, Eddie Robinson and Linda Mills; along with a nephew, Darrell Carver(Sheila) and many other nieces and nephews; best friend, Bob Cravens(Marsha). There will be a visitation held on Thursday, May 14, 2026 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm with service to follow at 3:00pm at Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana. Cremation was entrusted to Collins Funeral Home following the services. Please share memories and condolences at www.collinsfuneralhome.net.
