Tami E. Shouse, 56, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, October 8, 2020 at University of Louisville Hospital. She was born on November 24, 1963 in Jeffersonville, Indiana, the daughter of Charles L. Reardon and Phyllis Ann (Ely) Reardon. Tami graduated from Scottsburg High School in 1982 and then earned an Associates Degree from Vincennes University. She was a physical therapist assistant for 17 years at University of Louisville Hospital and had previously worked at Neurorestorative in Louisville, Kentucky for 5 years. Tami was a member of the First Baptist Church in Scottsburg, Indiana, loved attending Kid Rock concerts and her pets. She was an avid UK fan and enjoyed spending time with her friends. Tami was preceded in death by and infant son, Calvin Shouse; her mother, Phyllis Reardon and a sister, Sherry Lynn Reardon. Survivors include her father, Charles L. Reardon of Scottsburg, Indiana; a sister Lori C. Embry and husband Russ of Scottsburg, Indiana; a nephew, Joseph Courtney; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Graveside services will be held at 3:30 pm on Saturday, October 10, 2020 at Sodom Cemetery in Underwood, Indiana with Pastor Kevin Sills officiating.
