Teresa Lynn Korte, 61, of Scottsburg, Indiana passed away on Thursday, June 10, 2021 at her residence. She was born on December 20, 1959 in Scottsburg, Indiana, to the late William Virgil Powers and Wanda (Mauk) Powers. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her two brothers, Billy Powers and Dana Mauk. Survivors include her companion, Richard Romans of Scottsburg, Indiana; brother, David Powers of Scottsburg, Indiana; two sisters, Mandy Powers of Lexington, Indiana and Jody Powers of Brookland, Indiana; two daughters, Misty and Rachel; five grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. Visitation: 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, June 14, 2021 at Colllins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana.
