Timothy Wayne Simpson, 54, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, January 12, 2020 at Schneck Medical Center in Seymour, Indiana. He was born on August 10, 1965 in Madison, Indiana, the son of the late Robert L. Simpson and Iris M. (McKeever) Simpson. Tim attended and graduated from Madison Consolidated Schools in the Class of 1983. He was a former employee of Jacobi Sod Farm, Arvin Industries and Madison Precision Products and was a member of the First Assembly of God in Madison, Indiana. Tim enjoyed farming, riding motorcycles, fishing and especially spending time with his family and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Patrick Simpson. Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Katherine (Sterrett) Simpson; two sons, Shane Clark (Angie Hammill) of Scottsburg, Indiana and Michael Clark (Nicollette) of Columbus, Indiana; a daughter, Chrysty Black (Sean) of Fresno, California; two sisters, Chystal Ebley of Hanover, Indiana and Bobbi Simpson (Joyce Pyles) of Bedford, Kentucky; four brothers, Tracy Simpson and Andrew Simpson (Velma) all of Madison, Indiana, Scott Simpson (Karin) and Noel Simpson all of Greenfield, Indiana; nine grandchildren, two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
