Vivian Ellen Hall, 72, of New Albany, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at Baptist Health Floyd Hospital in New Albany, Indiana. She was born on January 1, 1952 in Scottsburg, Indiana, to the late George Adams and Frances A. (Pogue) Adams. Vivian graduated from Henryville High School in 1970. She was fond of watching the shopping network and western TV shows. Vivian also enjoyed the mountains of Wyoming. She had a simple joy in life that radiated warmth to all around her. Her kind and compassionate nature touched the lives of many, and her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew her. In addition to her father, George, Vivian is preceded in death by the father of her four children, Billy Hall; and a brother in law, Jim Munk. Vivian is survived by her mother, Frances Adams; one son, Steven (Jenny) Hall of Jeffersonville, Indiana; three daughters, Michelle Hall of Sarasota, Florida, Kimberly Hall (Wes) of Salem, Indiana, and Tonya Hall (Andrew) of Underwood, Indiana; four siblings, Dian Munk, Bruce (Debbie) Adams, Georgie (Bill) Gallman, and Mike (Carla) Adams; thirteen grandchildren, John Banning II, Shelby Booth, Stevan Hall, Spencer Hall, Korri (Josh) Cissell, Meaghan Kilgore (Drew), Abby Freiberger (Cody), Michael Reed, Cody Schweickert, Tom Schweickert, Jeffery Holman, Chris Schweickert, and Jenna; three bonus grandchildren, Lesley, Faith, and Naomi; seventeen great-grandchildren, Stella, Hannah, Olivia, Simone, Sterling, Kaiden, Jayden, Noah, Aria, Carmella, Amelia, Josh, Jaxon, Jagger, Julian, Kennedi, and Jacob; and her caregiver and best friend, Lonnie Stephens. Visitation will be Thursday, November 7, 2024 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana and on Friday, November 8, 2024 from 10:00am until the time of service. Funeral Service for Vivian will be Friday, November 8, 2024 at 11:00am with Bro. Bruce Hall officiating at Collins Funeral Home.
