Yolanda Laura Jennings, 65, of Lexington, IN passed away on January 7, 2025, in Scottsburg. She was born February 4, 1959, in Chicago, IL to Joseph and Bernice Kolep. She came to Indiana in 2005. She has spent the last 48 years with her husband, Kenneth. She enjoyed watching tv, cooking and especially spending time with her grandchildren.

Yolanda is survived by her husband, Kenneth Jennings, two sons, Michael Kolep and Kenneth Takacs, two daughters, Amanda Richardson and Bernice Takacs, her siblings, Christopher Kolep, David Kolep, Mary Kolep, Robbie Kolep, Charlie Kolep, Grace Kempf and Gene Doss, her grandchildren, Sabrina Takacs, Mackenzie Summers, Alfonso Qualls, Jr., Michael Kolep, Jr., Jasmine Qualls, Jordan Kolep, Renesmee Qualls, Dolores Kolep, Mathias Richardson, Laura Richardson, Bradon Richardson, Andrew Richardson and Chevy Pettit and great-grandchildren, Roslyn Takacs, Easton Takacs, Leo Takacs and Birdie Summers.

Yolanda is preceded in death by her brother, Joe Kolep, sisters, Jennie Smith and Tammy Kolep and brother, Henry Kolep. A celebration of Life will be held at the Collins Family Center on Friday, January 17, 2025, from 12-4 pm. Cremation services have been entrusted to Collins Funeral Home, Scottsburg. Memorial donations can be made in Yolanda's name to the American Diabetes Association.
